Upgrading brakes on a series 3....

Morning all. Further brain picking I'm afraid! Do any of you have experience in upgrading series 3 brakes? I've got a standard non-servo system in a 1976 SWB which is beyond the power of my other half! How easy is it to fit a servo? Is a 90/110 servo significantly better (as I've been told), but would that need more serious fitting? And do any of you know much about disc brake conversions? Thanks again!

Fit 11" drums off a Series 3 109" together with the master cylinder and servo.
