What's this camo'd Land Rover?

Spotted just now on the M5 northbound near Glouceater - looked a bit big to be the new Defender still in camo..

Looks like it could be a double cab commercial New Defender. Camo on rear windows looks like early Disco window shape.

If you plug the reg into the MOT checker website it states its a 'Land Rover Unknown'...but does confirm its hybrid electric, at least that mule is registered as one anyway.
