Grabby Brakes on my Evoque

Hi Folks,
Just bought an Evoque - 2016 facelift model. Looks like its had new discs but the brakes feel grabby at slow speeds / on off kinda thing on every rotation. No issues at speed so not warped.
Could the pads need a clean or could they but fitted not quite straight in one calliper?
Mentioned to the garage I bought it from...as got another issue they are resolving for me.

I had something similar on a Disco 5...turned out to be a seized caliper. Might be worth a check.
