Defender 90 Commercial

I am looking for a personal lease, I am a big fan of the Defender 90. There is a commercial variant and prices are very good.
This is solely a personal lease, It's only me that will use, maybe will have 1 passenger at times. We have a dog and go to the coast alot so would make use of the rear, but as I said, no business intent.
Does anyone have the Defender 90 commercial and use for daily life? Am I missing anything completely obvious here (using a 'van' for personal uses from a lease point of view).
If I am not being completely stupid. Any good stock deals around? Most 12 month lead time from what ive seen..
