2016 Disco Sport Engine Management Light

My 2016 Ingenium (98k miles) has thrown a yellow EML. My friendly local attached his diagnostic kit & said he wouldn't touch it because there are other issues in the background.
I was told to go to a main dealer because it's a technical issue & LR restrict the availability of parts.
I'm Clevedon based so broadly midway between Sytner at Cribbs Causeway and Vertu in Taunton.
Would appreciate any thoughts on which of these is the better (or least worst!) option, or for any recommendations for a near-ish specialist Indy or main dealer.
No comments please on my garage - he's a good chap & could easily have taken on the work but decided not to.

The info from your trusted garage is not strictly true, JLR do not restrict sales of parts to independant garages.
There is a good LR Indy in Kilve, CW Feltham 01278 741372. give them a call they are very helpful.
