Velar p400e - what are they like?

We're looking at xc90s, Sorrento, and the new Kodiaq but also really like the Velar. We'd be looking at 23 as budget is 40 to 50k.
What are they like? Especially reliability.
We've had an evoque dynamic 2.2 from new in 2014 which has been very reliable but does suffer a lot of trim rattles.
However, not sure if that's just luck as you hear a lot of horror stories. Have RR sorted reliability on these cars and engines now?
