Hello,
Looking for guidance on charging the new vehicle. I only seem to be drawing 3.5kwh. The charger is an 11kwh charger but can see I can only draw 7kwh but why am I only getting half of this?

Northing wrong with charger, had for 4 years and get 11kwh when Tesla plugged in.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think this might be a phase issue the same as my Lexus.

I can charge at 6.6kW (the limit of the internal charging system) on a 7kW 32A charger, but only at 3.5ish on an 11KW 16A charger, as it appears I can only use one phase. Do you know anyone with a single phase 7kW charger you could test it on?

As above, you're using one of three phases on a three phase supply.

I don't think there's any away around that.

Onboard AC charger is limited to 7kW. DC "rapid" charging is limited to 40kW.

I charge mine off a single phase, 32A supply and (just went and checked) it is currently drawing 29.8A @ 237 (ish) volts which is bang on 7kW
Have seen 41kW on a rapid charge maximum.
