L320 - Andriod headunit?

I'm picking up a L320 next week, I love it but the interface for the radio etc is very dated (its an 2008).

I've never bothered with looking at upgrading the head unit in a car before, but considering it for this one.

If anyone can offer any advise that would be great!

I've been looking into this aswell.

I've seen iso adapter kits on ebay with double din fascia.
The kit I want is £200 but allows me to keep the 4x4 info screen by taking the front and cd changer out of the existing headuint and tucking the remainder below or behind the new headunit. You can then fit any double din headunit that will fit.

I've seen some nice generic 10-13" screens around £200 with the features I want, but they won't work with the existing sub/amp so would need to budget another £200 for amp and sub to keep the original sound quality.

An upgrade dash with fully integrated Android unit can be had from £600, so ends up much the same cost wise.
