Independent in Berkshire area?

Hi,

My Disco TD5 is now out of warranty so I'll be switching across to an independent for servicing - can anyone recommend a reliable indy in Berks or East M4 corridor?

I've just had mine done at Newbury 4x4. First time I've used them, but I friend has also used them for his too. No complaints really.

I don't think however hard Landy specialists try, they can't get past the fact that these things drink cash so paying is never a pleasurable experience!

Can't recommend as such but I did look at an old Defender at Nick Kerner 4WD in Winkfield

Didn't buy it in the end as found another private sale one with a galvd chassis, but they seemed like nice chaps; thought I might take mine there for fettling - as I say, only have a passing encounter and would welcome any further info or experience peeps may have of them. Failing that will watch the thread for other recommendations.
