Picking up a 1990 3.9 Auto tomorrow - woohoo!

Need to sort insurance out. Can anyone recommend somewhere where I can get a cheap classic policy?

I've got all my NCD on my Porsche. The Rangey is only worth £1k so just looking for dirt cheap 3rd Party cover.

Cheers,

Chris

You could try Adrian Flux

I'm not sure how competitive they would be for a standard vehicle, but they massively undercut everyone else on my lpg converted 97 Discovery, and they also have a dedicated 4x4 department (or at least that’s what they say on the ‘phone )

Cheers,

Cheers chaps will give them a go!

I have the Rangie now so need to sort it out as it's currently covered by my other car clause from the other insurance.

You mean its only covered by the fact that you are insured to drive other cars 3rd party? - That only works if the car in question is insured by someone else as far as i understand it. (otherwise i would have a driveway full of cars!)

Yeah i know. That's why while it was insured by the previous owner I drove it home and parked up. Did the deal and now need to sort out my own insurance - obviously not been driving it in the meantime. So it's uninsured at the mo -but i'm not bothered as i'm not driving it and it's not on the road.
