fastest way to sell a P38

OK, after some ideas / recommendations from people if possible.
I am moving abroad and as is usual with me, everything has come together in one big mad rush, after taking 4 months instead of the usual 3 months, my Visa has come through this morning, and i fly out on Thursday 12th.
Most everything has been sorted out now, or can be done by SWMBO who will be following a month or so after.
The only thorn is the car.
I need this till after easter (tuesday or wednesday) but then would like "sell it" that day, if that make sense, as the wife does not drive and has no clue about cars, and i will not be handy to do the sale.
I have been in touch with Saxtone 4x4 who i went to when hunting for teh car 12 months ago, and they were crying out for P38 diesels. Just given them a call and they now tell me that its too old and not of interest for them.
its a 1999 V reg P38 2.5DSE with 70,000 miles and FSH. its in all around VGC too so,
can anyone on here recommend to me any dealers who may offer a cash price for the tractor (ideally located in South East as i have to get home afterwards!!
(fwiw glasses says PartX is 10.5k which sounds ok to me)
I would sell privately but thats just not really that convenient as i basically want to sell it on a specific day and not worry about dodgy bankers drafts or cheques clearing ...

Heres a number for a mate of mine who buys cars, it is a reputable garage and I personally recommend him, 01827898278 ,it is near the M42 in Tamworth Nr Birmingham but I am sure something can be sorted. he is very helpful and I am sure will be able to help you out, ask for gary or craig.

Don't want to pee on the fire but £10.5k seems a OK for a private sale but doubt very much you'd get that as a buy back when not purchasing something else.

to be honest just need to shift the damn thing ...
Unfortunately the wife does not have a driving license and would not have a clue about anything more technical than "what colour are the seats" so not the best person to sell it.
may just stuff it on fleabay on a short auction and see what happens....
is the market really that stuffed?
bloody tree huggers costing us yet more bloody money ... nice to know that environmental concern where i am going is "turn the AC up from 18 to 19 celcius, the bills are getting pricey!!"

Going to be down in Dorset on sunday / monday .. maybe i can punt it to a more rural market there
Pretty sure Parkers are always the bain of the trade as far as price guides go, using the Glass's guide shows a much lower figure than £10.5k

Cash price from a dealer would be I suspect lower still than a trade-in and can't help but think you are going to get shafted if looking for dealer to buy it outright. Best bet has to be Ebay where you should get close to private a sale price, maybe slightly less if a short listing and specific terms regarding a collection date etc but still higher than I think any dealer will want to throw at you.

Just the usual car dealer antics of buying low and selling high and hoping the buyers don't bring their finetooth combs. Although the RR i bought from them is fine.

i actually did the vauxhall glasses (always muddle glasses & parkers up) valuation on it about 3 weeks ago an it was 10.5k .. thats where i got the figure from ... something (effin tree huggers probably) has caused the arse to fall out of these things ...

I think you are right about the tree huggers, but worse than those with genuine beliefs are the new vanity cases who now see green as being the right statement to be making, no genuine concern or understanding there, they just want to be "seen" to be doing the right thing.
