Slow Windscreen wipers

My windscreen wipers on my old Series 2A are very slow and getting slower. How can I help out by greasing somewhere or is a new motor the most likely solution

IIRC you can grease the individual wiper gear wheels. You might need to take the top off the dash to get to them.

P.S. Spray WD40 down the shafts of the wiper arms these sometimes seize.

If u have the individual screen mounted motors as in our oz 2As, throw them away, go to a ships chandlery and buy a pair of modern aftermarket 12v boat windscreen wiper motors, arms and all, u will endure many happy days in the rain and see where your going.Your Mr Lucas causes us much concern with some of his wizardry over the years, Mr Bosch knows his stuff.
