Camel cut...advice needed!

Need to do a camel cut on the rear corners of the Disco as the rubber, well, rubs!

Anyone done it nicely here? Can you give me some measurements? Have you managed to replicate the "fold" in the arch so it does not look like a tin can?

Frost Auto sell a wheelarch shaping thing - but it's £265..
Maybe if you could find a couple of other Disco owners that wanted to do the same it would take some of the pain out of the price..
