I would like to bring this safety issue to your attention, all Sport and Disco III owners should check there tyres on the inside edge as we are having quite a few problems with tyre wear, the inside tread wears down to the cords well before the rest of the tyre is even near the min tyre depth.
We have had two customers both with Sports that have had rear tyres deflate because of this, it's very hard to see unless you get a good look on the inside edge.
Take some timeout to get your tyres checked.

Hi Andy,
I do not think it is confined to the sport.
I have had customers with L322 and Disco 3 with the same problem.
We advise that they check their tyres weekly! Especially as they start to wear.

The joys of Independant suspension eh, Live axles may be old but at least we get 20 000 miles + out of the tyres!

Cheers Roy

Might be worth sticking this in general gassing on a sticky for a month.

As I said the Sport and Disco III have this problem mainly but some Rangerovers seem to suffer to.

This is a "serious safety issue", please let other owners know.

This is not just confined to the Landrover product, other makes suffer as well, maybe a bit more R+D may help.

We now ask all customers to check weekly and if they can't to pop in and we will check for them.
