P38 Wing mirror - how to fix...?

Much as the title suggests!!

I have a replacement glass but can't seem to figure out fixing it on to the motorised bracket....does anyone know the knack?

You need part No stc4625 mirror adaptor, available from your local dealer or good independant specialist, should cost around £2.40.

This clips omto the mirror head then onto the motor assy.
