is this a good Deal for a new Freelander 2

its a Brand New Model SE TD4. with Mel Paint and Private windows. on the road price 29K. also px my old V reg freelander Dissel with £2750 of finance still on it. but they said they take that and clear the finance and do a deal on a freelander 2 SE for 25K
