a mate is thinking of selling his 2002 TD5 HSE Disco and getting a 2005 TDV6 Disco 3 instead.

few questions, he's going to sell his TD5 privately and hasnt got a clue how much its worth.
its got roughly 80,000 miles on the clock, HSE pack. He bought it for £17k. Clean and tidy car.
how much are they going for?

secondly, has any one experienced problems with the TDV6 HSE?
