Eyup,

A few years ago now I got sick of the roof on the Ninety letting water in so I've removed the stupid thing and now have an Exmoor Trim mohair truck cab roof.
I've always liked the look of the 90SV and having had a really good look at a couple when in the states recently I think my rotten front doors would look better if they were replaced with Series doors with the bottom being painted body coloured and the door tops painted black to match the truck cab fabric colour.

Do the Series doors just bolt straight on using the same hinges on my doors currently?
I'd like to keep the hinges because I'd like to keep the mirrors and they attach to the top hinge.

Thanks chaps

IIRC they will fit but you'll have to change the door strikers to early versions of 90/110. Or go for Military spec doors as these are split.

Ah, so is it only the military spec series doors which have removable tops?
I should be OK with the striker plate as mine is an early (1986) Ninety.

I forgot to mention it but what I'm aiming for is that on the 1 day in the summer when I can be sure it won't rain I can wind up the back of, or even remove completely, the truck cab and take off the door tops for that SV ish type look.
