itg air filters-5-10 bhp increase??

twisted performance sell itg air filters to fit TDV8 for £59.00,they claim 5-10 bhp increase,anybody got any experiences of these filters(or equivelent)sounds possibly too good to be true ?

Yes they also claim a 10% increase on a 300tdi from just an exhaust
