Freelander brake problem

My freelander brakes are stuck on. When the vehicle is started the abs light comes on as normal but stays on. Any atempt to drive forwards or reverse is not possible. Anyone know what to do to solve this problem.

I don't think the abs light goes off on these until the vehicle has moved a short distance, so perhaps you have just got a seized on brake?
