Changing Shock Absorbers, Y-reg' Freelander V6

Alreet all, my first time in the Landy section.

Quick question, I'm sorting out my mums Y plate Freelander V6 (5 door) after a test drive I have realised the shocks are knackered (it's like driving a clown car it's that bouncy).

Anyway how difficult is it to do the shocks? I am a competent mechanic and have done plenty of car suspension and old Landy suspension, but never a Freelander.

Is it standard stuff or is it more complicated? Anything else I need to know?

Also I will not have a wheel free ramp, just jacks and axle stands.
