Draining coolant and renew antifreeze questions on p38

Hi,I have a small loss of coolant in the reservoir and the coolant looks like there is not much antifreeze in it.Do i flush the radiator with rad flush and add antifreeze 50-50 or dont use rad flush and drain and fill with antifreeze 50% + 50% water?I am just a bit worried if i use rad flush that it might unblock areas that i dont want unblocked and cause more coolant loss.Also i was going to add k-seal after this is done,is this ok to do?Can someone tell me whats the best way to do.thankyou for any replies.
