range rover hst advice required

hi everyone,have been looking today at buying a hst diesel rangerover sport and would like to know what sort of discount should i be trying for as i have no p/ex and would buy new tommorow if car is in stock in my colour preferance etc.i think these cars look awesome and iam really looking forward to getting behind a wheel of a landrover again after selling my 54 plate vogue few years back,any advise would be appreciated.

Min of 10% discount. If you have not done so already, try the LR dealer in Derby (come recommended and offer keen prices). Farnell Land Rover in Leeds are also worth trying.

thanks guys,cracked a deal today and it was fantastic,get the car friday cant wait,hst is not the stormer,its an hse with brembo brakes,body kit,sunroof etc etc looks the dogs do das,will post piccies when taken delivery.

I thought that the ST in HST stood for the "Storm Trooper" also...

The "body kit" that you mention IS known as the stormer body kit. Whilst the Stormer was the original concept that was never produced, the HST kit was attempting to replicate the Stormer look.

They have now produced an actual RRS Stormer, but AFAICT the HST body kit is almost identical. The RRS Stormer is a base model RRS with the HST (Stormer) body kit.

The stormer is the cheaper hst look alike, just to sell more rr sports. you can't beat the genuine tdv8 hst..... what a car.... love mine to bits off to spain in her very very soon

hi guys,thanks for all the info,yes i did realise that the hst has what some call a stomer body kit but believe me after owning the car for a week this is no normal hse with a bodykit,its fantastic and im loving every minute of it,will post some piccies soon along side some of my other beauties,god why do we all spend and lose so much money on cars,just dont tell the mrs as i always tell her the deal we got was fantastic hardly lost a pennie,no it was blasted thousands he!he! happy easter everyone its nice to have a few days off.
