No idea if they are any good but i have seen a couple of their conversion cars as they have a re-seller near me, they looked ok. I think the rear tinted lights definately look better though.

I think they just paint them with a light paint, any bodyshop should be able to do it, several of the guys with gallardos have had it done on their rear lights, it looks good and costs very little.
