Swap 2 vehicles for a TD5 110?

As the title says ive been searching high and low for a 110 double cab td5, and i have a 2003 vw golf 1.4 2 door in red, fsh with 44k and also a 2003 Merc sprinter lwb panel van in white with slam locks and currently on 265k but good nick to trade for a 110 td5 worth about 7-9k
both vehicles are worth 3.5k/4k each plus i have some cash to throw in.
