Removing Rear/Side Sliding windows

Hi Guys

I want to remove these windows in order to assist the fitting of tints and was wandering if anyone had any experience of doing this.....looks like it could be quite a job, any help would be really.......well........helpful!

The frame has to come out to release the glass. But I think that you'll find that on the newest Defenders the frame is bonded to the body panel so it isn't going to be remotely doable! (Older Defenders had about a million pop rivets around the edge under a rubber strip in the frame and these could be drilled out.)
