Does anyone have a twisted performance remap on thier car?

Hi all.
Have a twisted performance remap on my 04 TD4 freelander, its a good map but i have some questions about it and wonder if anyone else has experienced the same.
When i floor it in the car, i get a small puff/mild cloud of black smoke come out the exhaust, this clears up after a second or two, i think this may be overfuelling as ive had a split hose replaced that solved most of the black smoke, but it still lingers.
If i floor it through the gears to build up speed to join a motorway and rev above 4k i get a white cloud coming out the exhaust. This has happened twice since july 20th and it takes 5-10 miles to clear up. The white smoke constantly comes out the exhaust till it clears up. Quite worrying.
The car was fully serviced 2 weeks ago with new filters, oil and coolent and the split hose replaced.
Im due to get the intercooler flushed out and the egr blocked as well before oct 11th.
Has anyone else with a remapped diesel landrover had these problems?
If so what was the cause/cure of them?
The figures i should have are 157bhp and 330lb ft of torque.
