Defender Overfinch

Does anyone have any experience of the Overfinch conversion for the Defender? In particular whether there any known problems with the engine and how often and how expensive it is to have serviced. I am assuming that with such a big lazy lump all is relatively easy in that regard but any experiences would be really useful.
