Considering a Range Rover Sport circa £25-28k and wondered what movement I should expect on dealer prices? Say something is £28k what would be a decent offer? Would £26k be taking the P?

May sound like a lame question but Ive never bought a Range Rover before so not sure how dealers work. In the past the best haggling I managed was a 120d up with a BMW dealer at £19k and I paid £14k! It was the last day of the month when I walked in to the showroom and It wasnt the best colour but I drove it for a year and still made £2k on it biggrin

Depends if you are talking about a Franchised LR Dealer or an Indy?

Hard one to call really, I have heard that used RRSs are in pretty good demand and Dealers in the South are shifting them easyily. So they may be firm on price.
Though there should be a fair amount of Used RRSs being traded in for the MY10s, so supply for the Dealers should be good, helping on the used deal.

Not very scientific, or helpful. Sorry

I've found them very reluctant to budge at all on price. Maybe a few hundred quid at the margins, but not what you'd be hoping for.

Think you missed the boat by 12 months....this time last year you would of had a chance of knocking down a LR dealer..RRS have been in short supply all year...therefore plenty of buyers at retail price.
