There seem to be loads of these around. I've noticed that they've been available for sale for ages but there still seem to be some new ones in dealership showrooms and also used ones are ten a penny too.

Do you reckon there are deals to be had? Might trade in my 110 XS TDCi for one. Reckon I'd get a good deal?

Cant think of any LR anniversary models which didnt sell like 'hot cakes'.

The SVX has an acquired taste, and obviously not many people have taken to them as the 200 odd built are still on the dealer forecourts...the same may happen when you come to sell !!

Recent snow has seen 4x4 selling well.... try your hand !!!!

I think the SVX struggled because 120 were made as soft tops, and 80 were station wagons. The soft top isnt really the ideal vehicle the the uk and its crap weather.
2 seats only in the soft top and a big price premium over the standard xs didnt help matters either.

Have a look on Autotrader. There were 6 the last time I looked. Then there are the ones that are not advertised but in dealers (like my local dealers) and independents like Nene Overland who seem to have at least 2. Very odd for a special model.

Saw an SVX for the first time in the week at Porsche Centre Swindon. It did look really good.

Not so many for sale now, only 1 on the LR approved used website for £30995!

I dont use mine very often(less than 3000 miles in 9 months),so I should sell but cant bring myself to do it.

I've seen a few of these in my own search for a 90.

Other than the interior and it being 'limited edition' , can anyone tell me what's different/special about it? Is it litterally just the interior spec?

I'd quick fancy one, but probably a SW rather than the soft top jobby.

I have 'J90 SVX' reg plate on retention if you want to bling it up when you find one.

thats good-in my opinion it looks better. Had a deposit down on a SVX the day after it was unveiled-cancelled after the price was released and the car was viewed in the flesh. Can't be alone in my thoughts as so many languished in main dealers for months. Give me a 50th V8 or a Heritage any day.

Sorry, it has to be original, and you can not buy the original bits to fit to standard fender. I have an Xs90
which with all the challenge bits looks just great, just not quite as
good as the svx next to it, the griff 500 ,can hold it's head up though.

Depends how well you know your dealer, only thing I couldn't get (if reqd)- was the blingy rear badge
Nice Griff, nice lights.
PS Defender off the road awaiting small electrical part, not due back till mid July-bah humbug
