Transmission fluid 4.6 P38?

Have to remove gearbox tomorrow to change Flex plate as has come lose and will not run.
so having to drain transmission fluid and on refit need to refill, question is what fluid does the auto gearbox take?

Dexron III from what I can see.
Its a ZF 4HP22EH

Wasn't a bad job to do all went very well indeed and running well now.
Only one over question how do i check the transmission fluid to get it spot on?
Engine running? engine cold/hot?
Hope thats it for now, but mot tomorrow and abs/tc/hand brake comes up on dash when brake for some reson but go out again... odd hope this don't stop the truck for passing, think it just needs using as been standing for 2 years.
