I have been asked by someone who is considering a defender 110 utility wagon (closed back) if the council would class them as a van? For example going down to the dump..?

Random, but need to know!

Cheers

Its a comercial vehicle but i was getting rid of a load of crap in the old mans Muvano Tipper on Saturday & Sunday and they didnt even blink, if they did they would be swiftly told the state of play and the fact i pay council tax as a residential property in the highest band and intend to receive value for money. Or provide a particle demonstration of the tipper function of said vehicle at the entrance to the tea room where they keep their stolen illegitimate scrounging for the bins. In my view the Nazis at the tippe must be descended from SS Storm Troopers with their wives functioning as the gate keepers to our primary schools and doctors receptions across the land.

Seriously if its your personal vehicle then there is nothing they can do or say, the onus is on them to prove otherwise.
