Defender Value - 1990 V8 County 90

I am looking for a little mud plugging tool.

I have spotted a 1990 G Reg V8 County 90 (in white) with 58k miles, however I am struggling to work out what it is worth. I'm guessing the 200tdi's are worth more on the open market?

Assuming everything is pretty solid, what would you say she is worth?

If it helps you value the one you are looking at I have a GEN 90 V8 CSW with no MOT that I have for sale at £900, needs a little welding or would make a great 90 for a rebuild.

These are getting few and far between and think they will only go one way as to value.

genuine V8's are getting rare. often station wagons and better looked after than the normal farmers hack

There are very few original V8's out there and even less with that low mileage on. With any defender it goes much more on condition. I think that the value is between £3,500-£5,000.

I ended up going for powerrrr again and came across a more local 330i instead and thought it only fair to give it a go.

Might still go and look at it though, the more toys the better!
