sport .memory seats

I have a RR sport with memory seats but every time i remove the key from the ignition the seat moves back, but to far back.I need to change the settings but dont know how to {nothing in the manual}can any one help?

Its somewhere in the options when you hit the left stalk at rest and go through all the config option on the LCD display under your dials
