Mine does the same.

I find running the air con on helps remove the moisture in the air, also drop the windows every now and then to get some fresh air in it.

Its a landrover thing, they all do that sir hehe

Buy some silica gel packs and place under the seats. This should help dry out the condensation.

Find the leak. It's probably the rear window seal.

/\ What he said /\

Having recently sponged a bucket and a half of water from the wheel well of my P38 range Rover I now know why there was so much condensation! In my case it was the tailgate seal; not familiar with Freelanders but a search of landrover forums should point you in the right direction before you get fleeced by a main dealer.

Another common thing is a leaky heater matrix. My Mum's 2003 Freelander has that issue. Generally though a leaky heater matrix will be accompanied with a smell and the air con will not shift the condensation at all.
