Discovery 4 problems

Hi

Ive got a new Discover 4 TDV6 3ltr Diesel Auto GS.

The keyless start keeps failing... comes up on the dash saying no smart key found.
Phoned my dealer who then told me there is a modification for this (new software) so in the vehicle went for the modification.
Yes you've guessed it I got it back and the next day its still doing it!!
Now the dealer is having it back in and suggesting changing the keys.

Anyone else had or having these problems?? or other problems??

I must say apart from this I'm finding the car brilliant...good power, good econamy and excellent to drive.

I hear all 10 MY cars are being recalled. For SW upgrades. Fullfats RRSports and Disco 4s

I saw a Disco 4 in a LR showroom flashing faults as a display model!!!
