Make sure the gearbox oil has been changed at the Inspection II (not part of the service schedule). If not, be prepared to have it done if you purchase. Otherwise, the gearbox could go pop over 100k miles.
At that mileage, you should be immune from the front diff (they tend to go around 30k). If it hasn't gone, LR will upgrade it for free.
Check the cooling system. Radiators tend to fail after five or six years (£450 ish fitted at an Indy).
Electrically, they're pretty sound but make sure everything works. If it's on it's original battery and that's on it's way out, you may experience strange electrical phenomena!! Perhaps worth checking the alternator as well as it's a complicated water-cooled item which fails occasionally (£300 ish + fitting).
Also, raise the air suspension to maximum height, switch the car off and leave it for a while. If any of the bags leak, it will become apparent by sagging at the appropriate corner (expensive fix).
Best advice is to get an expert inspection. Remember even though you'll be paying £15k ish, it's still a £60k car with suitable sized bills. Find a good indy and that should keep them a bit more under control.
Edit: I've had my 53-plate V8 for two years (bought with 30000 miles). It has had a new upgraded diff, new battery and new radiator (all together, approx £600) plus the standard services and a new set of discs and pads (they're very heavy on the brakes).
