2007 RR S/C - Intermittent faults
Discussion
I have two slightly irritating faults on my 2007 4.2 S/C full-fat Rangie.
1. On full beam, occasionally the headlight beams "flicker" up and down. Looks like the lights are loose but doesn't seem to correlate to vibration in the car.
2. The climate control occasionally tries to roast the occupants. If you turn the car off and back on again (or turn off the climate control), it seems to get its head together again and returns to normal.
Both seem to happen once in a blue moon (and might be related). Dealer shrugs his shoulders at both. As it will be out of warranty soon, I'd prefer to find a permanent solution in case it gets worse. At the moment, neither is more than a slight "whatever" - but if it is a warning of a big bill, I'd like to sort it.

I had a similar problem on the headlights on a 2006 Range Rover Supercharged, the unit inside had come loose and was replaced under warranty.........after much debate I hasten to add.
The Climate control sounds like it may just be some electrical gremlin. Maybe get the dealer to run it over the computer to ensure there are no bugs in the system.......but being Land Rover they will probably just shrug once again!
