Tailgate Max Weight?

Does anyone know what the maximum weight that can be applied to a P38 tailgate when it is down?

Need to move some stuff this weekend and wondering if I can use the Rangie with its tailgate open to lug some long stuff about, but don't want the thing to snap off!

I wsa hoping there might be some official rating, but I suppose I could load it with fatties till it broke

I can report that it will handle driving a Hayter tractor mower up on to the tailgate. No idea of weight but two of us could only just lift the front wheels of the tractor off the ground a couple of inches!
