TD5 Disco throttle potentiometer

Quick q. How difficult to change?? is it a specialist job, or can a ham fisted amateur do it?

Hi Mate

I changed the throttle pot on my TD5 a while back. It's very easy. One multiplug to undo and 2 nuts. The hardest part is getting a socket onto the nuts. I did mine on a freezing night in January so you should have no bother at this time of year. No need to pay anyone to do this.

Be aware there are two types. 2 track and 3 track.. Make sure you get the correct one as the other won't work!
