Defender 110 XS (2010) rear slide windows

Could someone please explain to me how to remove the rear side slide windows please.
I don't want to remove the fixed window pane's just the windows that slide.
I have looked for any pointers as to how to do this, but all I can see is a single screw at the bottom of the metal upright strut in the centre of the pane.
If the fixed window has to be removed also, then so be it, but I'm at a loss as to get over this problem.
