Late disco3 - where to sell ??

Hi I need to sell my wife’s disco 3 (funds req), it is very late 58 plate hse with warranty etc, it is on pistonheads and disco 3 is there anywhere else I should try ??? Autotrader and ebay ???

I have a confirmed bid from webuyanycar but this is about £5k less than retail ..ideally I am looking to spilt the difference so want £2.5k more, am I flogging a dead horse trying to sell it private ??

I have not added a link to the ad so as not to upset the moderators

I might be after one in about 10 days time too...

took it to a couple of traders, very surprised at the bids… over 90% of asking ...

very little interest from private buyers either they don’t like the ad or want/ need finance ???

Either way it is reassuring (financially) to know that I can sell it (when/if the **** hits the fan) in the next two weeks, at half decent money…….

Discos are in short supply at the moment, I work for a large Land Rover dealer and we have only got 2 Discos in stock at the moment both 55 reg. You should get good money if you hold out.

Rang a few more dealers this morning and have to say…generally all have been very pleasant . Interestingly they are said pretty much the same thing “just need to check to see what other stock they have coming in”…which I assume is code for lets see if we can line up a buyer from our waiting list
