Oil for 4.4 v8

Can someone plaese tell me what is the best oil to put in a 02 reg 4.4 v8 vogue?
I have all sorts of advice but all different

I have a gas conversion fitted if that makes any difference?

From page 277 of my Owner's Handbook (your page numbers may be different):

Engine oil - V8 Petrol vehicles
Use a 5W/30 oil meeting specification ACEA :A1 or A3, or API SJ or SL

So basically any good (non supermarket own brand) 5W/30 oil.

Opie Oils will be able to advise and supply.
