33% good spot. Wonder if it was actually sold for the £15,600 asking price though

It is a large mark up yes. But also he did get the 110 cheap at that price considering its a XS spec. later TDCI engine and with alot of spec (expedition roof rack, winch etc come to over £3k!). I'd guess the seller priced it as per a standard Defender value, not taking the bits into account, not the dealer is pricing it taking those bits into account.

Out of that £5k mark up, you need to also consider he has it advertised on pistonheads and everyone on here will pay cash and want some money off it!

Trust me I know that (I am a dealer and sell most of my stuff on here)........I am probably just a bit jealous that he got to that car before I did. The owner undervalued that car by quite some margin.

I think he advertised it for the right price.........I think the fella he bought it from asked way to little. I never said it was to expensive just a very nice little deal.
