STOLEN DEFENDER
Discussion
It has (had) a towbar and seven seats but no other options. Only done 5,000 miles so basically as new. There was a 'Silverstone Contractor' windscreen sticker (white and orange sticker about 9" x 3") on the windscreen.
Oh, and it's missing one of the side indicator repeaters, as I found one this evening in my front garden - presume they short / open circuit the indicators as part of the theft process.
Having spoken to Northants Police this afternoon, it hasn't pinged any ANPR cameras, so probably not on it's original plates if it is being driven at all. They reckon if it's not found within 48 hours, it will either be in bits or on a boat.

I think they short out the indicators as this shorts out the alarm circuit when it flashes the indicators and blows the fuse. Seems to me a very simple thing for car manufacturers to design out!!Sorry to hear about your loss of car
