Remote control key fobs

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a couple of new remote control key fobs for a Land Rover Freelander Sport on a 54plate?

Also, how difficult are they to 'sync' with an existing car? Can i do it myself or do you need to take the vehicle to a main dealer for it?
