2007 RRS Ipod Connection - Lead required

I have recently purchased a 2007 RRS which has the ipod connection in the arm rest. Range Rover have informed me that they do not supply that cable anymore. I bought a 2009 one from Ebay however the internal connections are different. Can anyone please advise if a company that still stock these? or even an aftermarket supplier? Very dissapointed.......

Any help would be great. (i know i can use AUX function but would prefer the proper way)
