Sticking door handle

Just got a 2004 RR Vogue and the drivers door handle is sticking because of the cold. I have tried hot water, WD40 and deicer. It's a pain in the arse as the door won't click shut. I think it must need a good clean and oil as the rest of the doors are fine. Do I need to take the interior door panel off to take the door handle off? Does anyone have any photos of how to do it?

Are you sure it's it the handle not the seal?

The seals tend to stick, I understand a bit of Silicone sorts it out.

No, the door opens okay but now the handle keeps springing open and I cant shut the door.
