Defender steering bar

Hi there.
I knew it was only a matter of time, but I managed to bent the steering bar on my Defender earlier and was wondering if anyone could advise me on which reinforced bars they have used. They seem to differ in price form £50 to £150!! Also, will a Discovery one fit as a friend has a 200TDi Disco with one on he is scrapping?
