2005 s/c rangie tow bar advice

looking for advise for a decent towbar fitted in lancs,when you look under the rear of the car it has 2 brackets wit westfalia land rover written on them at either side of the car ,one has the towing eye welded to it,are these to attatch a tow bar too??

how much should i be paying?
